Lutheran Early Response Team (L.E.R.T.) chainsaw volunteers helped a congregation member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle, Illinois, by utilizing the boom lift to cut and remove a tree that was split in half from last week’s storms. It was dangling dangerously over the homeowner’s roof and driveway. They appreciated the professional assistance at no cost and the willingness to serve on a holiday weekend.
These L.E.R.T. volunteers serving were Steve Chester, Byron Heidorn and Rich Wren from St. John, Wheaton and Dave Vance from Trinity, Rosellle, Illinois.
