Kind Words for K9s

Patrick Quinn, LCC K-9 Police Ministry Coordinator, received the following letter from Clyde Parry, Chief of Police, Coral Springs Police Department on March 14th:
 
Dear Mr. Quinn,
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, K9 Shiloh (Christ Our Savior – Dixon, Illinois) and K9 Mahlah (Our Savior – Milford, Illinois) for visiting our staff, following the tragic events at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14th.
 
As you know, there is nothing that can ever repair the heartache that was felt across the nation on that awful day. It is the selfless acts from citizens like yourself that help to provide a sense of unity and hope once again. Your kind gesture during this difficult time had a positive impact on our staff, many of whom were deeply affected by this tragedy.
 
On behalf of the men and women of the Coral Springs Police Department, please accept our gratitude for your support. If we can ever be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
