After a tragic accident on Friday, June 9, John Swanson, Bell Ambulance EMT and field training officer (FTO) passed away. John was a beloved husband, father, friend and EMT with Bell Ambulance since 2007.
He was a mentor and teacher, who would take young and new EMTs under his wing and teach them the ways. He was always smiling and checking in on others which is one of the reasons so many EMTs, fire fighters, and other first responders gathered Sunday night with his family to honor him.
LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs Charity (Brookfield - Brookfield, Wisconsin), Mary (St. Paul's - Janesville, Wisconsin), Rhoda (Prince of Peace - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin), and Sage (Concordia University Wisconsin - Mequon, Wisconsin), were invited to be there to comfort and love all those who were grieving John Swanson’s heartbreaking loss.
We lift up in prayer the family of John Swanson and all those who were blessed to know and love him.
