Doug Schroeder Visitation & Funeral

Twenty-three LCC K-9 Ministry Dogs came to the side of the family of beloved K-9 handler Brad Schroeder and his wife Ginny after the loss of their son Doug. The dogs were of great comfort to Doug’s wife, Crystal, and their four sons. Hundreds paid their respects at the visitation on Thursday, March 15, where eighteen LCC K-9 Ministry Dogs were present and many more on Friday, March 16, where 20 K-9 Ministry Dogs met the family at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, Illinois. St. Peter Lutheran Church is the home of LCC K-9 Comfort Dog Susie and serves as LCC Kare 9 Military Ministry Dog Susie with Brad as her veteran handler.

LCC and its affiliates are family to one another and we pray for God’s strength for Crystal, the boys, Doug’s sister Jennifer, Brad and Ginny, and the entire Schroeder family.
