Your generosity and commitment to the ministry of Christ the King Lutheran Church and School in Chicago, Illinois, has made another year of education possible! Pastor John Brazeal, Principal Geri, and the staff and students share their deepest gratitude for you!

The people who support your efforts sometimes do not realize the great difference you make in the many organizations and people you help. God sent us here. God keeps us here to make a difference in the lives of others, and YOU HELP TO MAKE IT ALL POSSIBLE! God moves you to work through the many ministries you touch.

Principal Geri shares how the educational impact of Christ the King School makes a difference in the lives of so many:

Just over the past few months, kids who once went to school here come back and thank us for making a difference in their lives. Some of the children who gave you the most difficulty in your class make you see what God can do when you become a village.
 
Just since March, three alums who are now pastors have paid a visit. They now are leading congregations in Wisconsin, California, and Tennessee. Another graduate is now the assistant to the President of the Chicago Theological Seminary. Other grads have their own business: car dealerships, travel agencies, medical practices, lawyers.
 
It makes you feel like the Lord is leading you in the right direction when a young neighbor who could break into a car faster than the police when eight years old has his own grocery store. One of our alums works for the city of Chicago and aspires to be a city commissioner. An alum in Australia has his own computer business, and another works with the school systems on the east coast.
 
Recently, one of our alums came to visit the classroom to talk with the kids about her job as a defense attorney in Seattle, Washington. Her beginnings here had much to do with her successes now. One of our alums is moving toward his counseling degree as he works with Becoming A Man program (BAM) as a counselor.
