LCC 12/31 Appeal
You Comforted – You Helped
Help Us Help You Continue to Make A Difference!
Jesus tells us “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)
Our mission is to bring the Mercy, Compassion, Presence, and Proclamation of Jesus Christ to those who are suffering and in need. Lutheran Church Charities is always there in the name of Jesus to lift up individuals in times of joy and sorrow, in prayer, and by passing through dollar-per-dollar donations to those who need it most.
Our 12/31 Annual Appeal is the one time each year we request you to support the overall ministry of Lutheran Church Charities. 100% of our operating budget comes from your generous gifts and will determine our 2018 fiscal budget which starts February 1. Your gifts will ensure you are Making a Difference. Every dollar matters!
We put boots and paws on the ground within 24 hours of an invite! Your gifts allowed LCC to respond immediately to Hurricanes Harvey in Texas, Irma in Florida, Maria in Puerto Rico, and the mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. LCC is committed to continuing our support for these communities during long-term recovery efforts.
Your gifts also enable LCC to publish daily devotions 365 days a year, travel to schools for chapel talks and classroom visits, lead weekly “Word” Bible studies, and more.
Your faithful, timely, and generous support has enabled us to continue operating with a “dollar in, dollar out” philosophy. LCC is committed to absorbing the processing fees. Our 12/31 Annual Appeal helps us cover those costs for the thousands of dollars we hand out in disaster and crisis situations.
We ask you to Remember Us Last
to keep us first to serve.
LCC relies solely on individual and church donations and DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY district or synod funding. We also do not receive any state or federal funds which allows us to freely proclaim Jesus Christ!
