LCC President Tim Hetzner Special Guest on AM 1160 Print E-mail
AM 1160 On Tuesday, Tim Hetzner spent an hour with Mark Elfstrand on AM 1160 in Chicago during Mark's show, "Let's Talk".

Tim spoke with Mark about LCC and the K-9 Comfort and Kare-9 Military Ministry Dogs. Rich Martin, who is currently in Marysville, Washington with the LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs, also talked about how the Comfort Dogs are bringing the mercy and compassion of Jesus to the community following the tragic shooting last Friday at their high school.

LCC K-9 Comfort Dog Eddie, Along with LCC President Tim Hetzner, Featured on NTV in Nebraska Print E-mail
Eddie On Tuesday, July 1, LCC K-9 Comfort Dog Eddie (Peace Lutheran, Grand Island, Nebraska) made an appearance on ABC affiliate NTV's Good Life morning talk show. Eddie and his handlers, Don and Connie Moeller, talked about how they shared the mercy and compassion of Jesus Christ to Pilger and the surrounding areas after the storm that struck there two weeks ago.

The Pilger area was devastated by a twin vortex storm system on Monday, June 16. There is currently work still being done in the fields to help farmers remove debris before the crops grow too high.
