Tim has served as President of LCC since October of 2001. Tim served in parish ministry for 24 years in the LCMS as a Director of Christian Education, 22 of those years in the Northern Illinois District. The last 20 years Tim has served as Director of Discipleship and Good Samaritan Ministries at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine, Illinois. He has also been involved at the District level having served two terms on the Board of Directors, Mission Board, and Board of Youth Ministry. Tim is currently teaching a Bible Study called WORD - with over 450 students from 26 different churches plus Internet students. Each year Tim leads study tours in the Middle East.

Phil joined LCC in September 2013. He served previously as Associate Leader of the Pastoral Leadership Institute (PLI) (4 years); Senior Pastor, Emmanuel Lutheran, Kettering, OH (18 years); founding Pastor, Risen Savior Lutheran, Indian Creek, Illinois (6 years); and Associate Pastor, Redeemer Lutheran, Rockford, Illinois (2 years). Phil attended Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, while working as attorney for the LCMS Foundation (7 years), earlier as Assistant States Attorney, Jacksonville, Illinois (2 years). Phil has served on the LCMS Commission on Constitutional Matters (6 years), on the Boards of Directors for Concordia Publishing House and Worker Benefit Plans, and as PLI-International Leader to Ghana. Phil and Deb, married 41 years, have four children: Rev. Nathan, Andrea, Rev. Joel, Jon, and nine grandchildren.

Joel joined LCC in March 2014. Joel began ministry as a teacher for St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Brookfield, Illinois (3 years). Joel then served as a resident director and athletic coach for Concordia University-Chicago (7 years). Joel returned to the classroom serving Gloria Dei Lutheran School in Chicago (5 years) and Trinity Lutheran School in Paw Paw, Michigan (1-1/2 years). Joel earned both a BA in Elementary Education (1997) and an MA in Reading Instruction (2004) from Concordia University Chicago. He is also a graduate of the LCMS School Leadership Development (SLeD) Program.

Vida started with LCC in January of 2002. She previously worked as VP of Operations of Leasemark, Inc. Vida is an experienced Adult Bible Study leader, small group leader and seminar/retreat speaker.

Marie joined LCC in September 2003 and is working in the areas of Deaf Ministry and general Ministry Development. Marie has a Masters Degree in Social Work and previously worked as Vice President/Administrator of Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.

Roger was raised in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and graduated from Concordia, River Forest in 1969. He served for two years as a Director of Christian Education and Youth in Omaha, Nebraska, before entering Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, Illinois. After graduating from the Seminary in 1975, he served congregations in Falls City, Nebraska, Davenport, Iowa, and Elgin, Illinois. Retiring after 35 years as a pastor he is presently employed by Provena Health Systems as a Registry Chaplain. He also serves as the chaplain for Elgin and South Elgin and Countryside fire departments with special training in Critical Incident Stress Management and Spiritual Care in Crisis Intervention by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.

Alan joined LCC in April of 2013 after serving 22 years as college coordinator for vocational programs with Lake Land College and Lewis University at the Dwight Correctional Center. He supervised the LCC K-9 training program at the correctional center until the facility closed in March 2013. Alan has a Master of Arts degree from Pacific States University in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Illinois State University. Alan also operates a small accounting practice and prior to his years at the correctional center, spent 18 years in his own insurance and investment business. Alan is blessed with his wife, Elaine, and two daughters, Marissa and Michelle. He enjoys developing his relationship with Christ, working in education, doing woodworking, metalsmithing and training dogs.

Richard is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine, Illinois. Rich has been a volunteer with LCC for many years in disaster response and with the LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs. His background includes leadership positions with world-class brands at the director level as well as a financial services practice. Rich is a CDE (Christian Development Executive) and Gift Planning Counselor. Rich works with ministries and congregations in the areas of planning and development. As a Gift Counselor, Rich helps families with planning for their families and to continue the work of the ministries they care most about. Call Rich for more details.

With a heart to serve, Rich is Board President of the Immanuel Lutheran Education Foundation and Board President of Countryside Association for people with disabilities in Palatine, Illinois. His wife, Dona, is also a Director of LCC's K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry. Their daughter, Sofie, (an Immanuel graduate) is a senior at Carthage College.

Dona joined the staff of LCC in July of 2010 as Volunteer Coordinator for domestic and foreign disasters. She also supported the K-9 Comfort Dog ministry in training and site visits. In January 2013 Dona became a Director of the LCC K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry, along with her husband, Rich. Dona coordinates K-9 site visits, works with K-9 handlers, the Training of Trainers School and in placement of K-9 Comfort Dogs nationally. Dona also responds to national disasters with LCC K-9 Comfort Dog "Ruthie".

Dona has an extensive background in business, previously as a Principal Partner in a large insurance firm based in New Jersey.

Dona is a member at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School where she served as Vice President of the School Board and President of the PTL during the time her daughter, Sofie, attended school there.

Dan Fulkerson came to LCC in March 2014 after many years of volunteering with the K9 ministry in his church, Holy Cross Lutheran in Portage, Indiana. Dan and his wife, Karen, are the caregivers for K-9 Comfort Dog Barnabas. Dan has traveled to Sandy Hook and Colorado as well as numerous places in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. They also respond to disasters both locally and nationally with LCC. Dan and Karen have two grown children, one grandson and another grandchild due in July.

Jeanne has worked with dogs for over 33 years volunteering with 4-H, training, and instructing classes, 10 of those years instructing offenders where many of the LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs received training. Watching a team develop between a handler and dog is a reward for all the hard work that is put into the relationship. Jeanne is active in her local church with high school ministry, missions, and praise team. She has been blessed with a supportive husband, David. Jeanne also has two adult children, son Casey and daughter Ashlee (Aaron) and grandson Jack.

Dianna joined the LCC staff in September 2005, the Sunday following Hurricane Katrina, to coordinate LCC volunteers going to assist with disaster relief and recovery. She has previously served in parish ministry at Immanuel Elmhurst, and for thirteen years, with the Northern Illinois District Office in Older Adult Ministry and training volunteers throughout the district. In her duties as Deaconess, Dianna serves by enabling LCC volunteers and members of congregations use the gifts and talents that God has given them to serve others in Jesus' name.

Sherry joined the staff of LCC in October 2013. Sherry previously served as a Director of Christian Education at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Schaumburg, Illinois. Sherry is blessed with her husband Chad and daughter Annabelle. Sherry is an active member at St. Peter Lutheran Church and enjoys being involved in various ministries throughout the community.

Trent comes to LCC on loan from Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington, Illinois where he serves as Missions Coordinator. Trent coming on is made possible by a special grant from LCMS Disaster Response. We are very thankful for all the support that LCMS Disaster Response has given for the ongoing work of recovery in Washington, Illinois. Trent has had many years of experience in missions and disaster response – the most recent in Joplin, Missouri where he served as Disaster Response Director for two years. Welcome Trent!

Debbie joined the LCC staff in August 2005. Debbie previously worked as a School Secretary at Immanuel Lutheran in Elmhurst, Illinois. Past occupations were as an executive secretary and office manager.

Debbie is married and has three grown children and three grandchildren. Debbie currently executes the office management and the processing of donations for LCC.

Michelle joined the staff of LCC in July of 2013. Michelle has served in the church ministry since October 2001 as the Executive Administrator for St. Peter Lutheran Church, Schaumburg Illinois. Michelle is blessed with a supportive family, her husband John, and three children, Victoria, Shay and Alanna. Michelle currently serves as an active member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and enjoys volunteering in the Children's Ministry.

Bethany joined the LCC staff in June 2013. Previously, she was a teacher for four years at Lutheran Unity West/St. Paul Canfield in Chicago, Illinois, where she taught at both the 2nd and 3rd grade levels. Prior to that, she spent four years teaching 2nd grade at St. Matthew Lutheran School in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, where she has been a church member her entire life. Bethany is married and is currently taking time off from teaching to spend more time with her infant daughter.

Dana joined LCC in January 2010. Previously, Dana was the Technology Director at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Hawthorn Woods, IL where she was responsible for the technology infrastructure for the church and school, website strategy and development, and teaching technology to students from Kindergarten through eighth grade. Under Dana's direction, two computer labs were designed, developed, and implemented, as well as interactive whiteboards and a mobile computer lab for use in classrooms. Dana's MBA and prior experience as web manager for a Fortune 100 company bring corporate experience and knowledge to LCC. Dana is committed to furthering God's Kingdom through the use of technology, and works with other LCMS congregations in this endeavor. Dana and her family are active members of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and School in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois.

Marshal joined LCC in February 2013 in the area of Communications. He graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Missions.

He brings with him years of marketing and social media experience from working at Concordia University Wisconsin in the Marketing department. At Concordia he implemented a social media campaign and built a strong following from the ground up. He also designed and implemented a digital and online marketing plan. He has been on many international short-term mission trips visiting five continents and has a heart for missions, dog ministry and ministry to those in need.

Kolyssa joined LCC in February 2013. Kolyssa had been doing freelance video production and photography since 2009. She graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a B.A. in Multimedia and Mass Communication. She first heard of LCC when the K-9 Comfort Dogs came to Concordia during exam week of her junior year. She fell in love with the ministry, and is thrilled to work with LCC by contributing her multimedia skills.
