Dollar-In Dollar-Out Policy

Lutheran Church Charities operates with a policy where 100% of the money donated to a specific need goes toward that need. The transaction costs will be paid by LCC administrative funds, not from a percentage off of the donation.

FEED THE INVISIBLE GUEST program

Here’s how it works:

Each time you eat a meal, set aside the cost of feeding one more person – the invisible guest – Jesus, and make him visible.

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat ...
for whatever you have done unto the least of these, you did for me.
- Matthew 25:35 + 40

At the end of each month, donate the money to one of LCC’s ministry projects of Feeding ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE.

Current LCC ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE projects:

  • Children and Adults in Haiti through our Lutheran Church in Haiti

  • Pastor Loza’s Soup Kitchen in Chicago – Pilsen Neighborhood

  • Pastor John Brazeal – Christ the King – Chicago
